NIIL- DIMS® Refers to END TO END solutions provided by NIIL to the organizations that have a strong belief in our technology and processes.

NIIL-DIMS® include but is not limited to the following activities:

• Doing situational Analysis
• Doing on and off site inventorisation
• Preparing handover / take over forms for documents/files / boxes/ containers and facilitating imaging activity.
• Handholding customers in the handover process to imaging vendor.
• Doing any size any type Document preparation from manuscript to 2A0 size document.
• Undertaking Any Size Any Document scanning from business cards to newspapers and 2 A0 size painting including intermixed documents.
• Doing Post Scan Document Preparation (PSDP) including adding scanned documents to Files/ binders/ Lamination Process or as per any other requirement of the customer
• Populating the Physical Rooms of the Customer with files/ binders as per requirement.
• Giving Detailed Inventory Listing- INDIVIDUAL DOCUMENT LEVEL TRACKING
• Uploading all data in and images of files/binders along with its physical Room rack location to DIMS - EPDTS (Electronic and Physical Document Tracking System) platform independent software.
• Providing software code if required by the customer for DIMS- EPDTS.
• Customizing software if required by the customer for DIMS EPDTS.
• Doing ICR/OCR/OMR and Barcode recognition with one pass of DE to complete indexing of images from five fields to over 100 fields if required by customer.
• Doing Customized Data Entry/ Forms Processing for the customer :

This refers to

• Taking two images of the similar document and doing the DE.
• Taking partial data from the customer and completing data entry of rest in one go.
